CATS- Which data entry profile is used for the personal number

Hello All,

I want to find out for a particular personal number which data entry profile is used.

we have around 5 data entry profile. My client wants to know for the personal number - 1001 which data entry profile is used.

Do we have any report to check?

I have checked the table CATDB, TCATS but I did not get the link.

Kindly help on this issue

That information is not logged anywhere. But you can call the business user and ask him/her... 😃

Hi Praveen,

There is no way to check that (as far as I am aware). Instead you should restrict different groups of employees to different Data Entry Profiles via authorisations.

What is the User ID for Personnel Number 1001 ?

Try using t-code su01d to display the Roles and Profiles associated to that User, and t-code suim to display the Roles/Profiles associated to your "data entry" transactions.

I have tried using SU01D but in the parameters tab, they have not maintained any default data entry profile -CVR.
