Hi all,

can we make CATS Short Text -CATSDB-LTXA1- mandatory when entering data through CAT2?

Assuming an affirmative answer can we have it mandatory only for presence type entries, and not for absences?

NOTE: only interested in doing so in customizing not exits. Already tried CAC2 and does not work as desired.

You have to double click on the recorded time. The short text then appears there

Is it possible to add a column for short text to the Data Entry Area screen?

I end up using enhancement - custom fields. I couldn't find a way to enable "short text" in CAT2 screen.
