Hi Folks,
We are trying to Implement the Career Development Planning (CDP) for one of our client, but the issue is they are not having Performance and Goals Management Implemented, they have just bought the License for CDP alone. So now we are trying to design the tool with a bit of automation. Please go through the points of concern below.
1. There cannot be an automated work flow .i.e. The Admins need to drive the process on a complete Manual basis. Like enabling the CDP goals for the target audience and maintaining it.
2. There are no emails that can be triggered upon completion of activities.
3. The Development Goals cannot be locked once the cycle is complete.
4. No cascading option is available.
Is there any way that we can cover the above said points and drive this to automation.
