Canvas report for Position hierarchy report and also getting previous incubment report

Hello All,

I am trying to build a canvas report based on the position details.I have the below requirements

In the filter when i give the position/manager name all the employee including Direct +1,2,3..n should be displayed in the report. It should bring all the position data even the position that has no incubment.

If the incubment is blank then is should display the previous incumbment in the previous incubment field. If the there is incubment then it should show the name in the current incubment field.

I selected the base object as Position but for filtering based on the logged in user or any other user when I am trying to get the Person Context filter nothing is coming. How can I achieve this. Please help

I am sharing with you a sample, but really simple, report for you as a starting point. You will find the full history of incumbents and child positions. You can import this one and change as per your need (format, data fields, etc).
