Canvas Report cannot be launched - error message - SuccessFactors

Dear All,

On my client's instance I cannot launch any canvas report due to the screenshot attached. All the other reports (Table, Tile and Dashboard) are working properly.

What I performed:

1. Made sure that the permission role has the proper reports permissions added

(Ad Hoc Report Builder Standard Reports Bin (Employee Central Customers Only)

Report Center Schedule Reports Manage Dashboards / Reports

Processes and Forms ,Rating Scales, Performance Management Date Range, Filtering Options, Individual Portlets Analytics Tiles and Dashboards, Manage Employee Delta Export Templates Report Admin(All), Manage WFA Permission Artifacts Sync Job, Manage Workforce Analytics, Manage Report Center, Share Reports to Groups & Roles, View All Schedules, Schedule Reports to FTP Destination Reports Permission Ad Hoc Report Builder Standard Reports Bin (Employee Central Customers Only) Report Center, Schedule Reports Analytics permissions, Functional Permissions(All), Option Permissions(All), Permission requiring target, Reports Permission, Detail Report, Create Report(All), Run Report(All), Classic Reports Analytics Tiles and Dashboards(All), Insights.

2. Switched on and off and on again the option from "Manage workforce analytics" to force a synchronization, logged out, cleared the cache and logged in again.

3. Made sure that the client has the switched on the 3 options from Manage report center:

Enable Report Center Search Functionality

Use SOLR to load Report Center

Show labels in a hierarchical structure

4. Checked that any filters in report was selected.

5. Created a new permission role with only the report features and added to the "admins" but I got the same error.

Can you suggest what else can be done to have it working?
