Canvas / Advance reports- Cannot select few fields- Grayed out

Hello All,
I noticed that I am not able to select a few fields in the Canvas reporting tool.

The fields are grayed out. Such as "Factor" field in Compensation.

I already checked if the default label for the field is enabled in the succession data model and it is available.

What are the other possible reasons for it?

Kindly advice.

Yes, We have the default label in the Succession Data model. I have checked that.

RBP-- Checked

Default Label-- Checked.

What else could be the reason ?

Dear Hari,

Do you see any message when trying to select the fields, such as "For data security reasons this field is not selectable"?

Hi @karenperez, No, there is no such message. I think we will have that message given only in the Ad Hoc reports right ? But we are working on Canvas reports. Correct me if I am wrong.

@karenperez : Where do we configure the field as sensitive, can you please advice ?

We're experiencing the same issue. Field has been enabled, user has all the RBP for that field, We have the default label and regular label configured and we still see it grayed out in Canvas Advanced Reporting feature. And we do get the error message
