Cant launch Enable Now Producer from Manager: get error 503

Hi, When I try to launch Producer from Manager (on 2 different clients) I get an long error message starting with:

Server error 503 - Service Unavailable.

What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

Thanks all. Yes I have the App launcher and have been working on this clients Producer for several months without any issue until today.

It may be the connection I have as I am in a different office location, so going to try a different Internet connection.

Make sure you download the App Launcher you should see this from the Help dropdown menu. You will need this first before producer will open.

Hi David,

really hard to say what causes this issue for you if its work fine for your colleagues.

Kristina had answered yesterday a question where a customer/user had sync issues, not the same error but maybe its worth to check the settings as well: https://answers.sap.com/questions/13469607/connection-error-by-open-producer.html

But good that you have open up an incident - I hope that our support can identify the problem.

Hi Michael,

This is cloud based Enable Now and my colleague just tested without any issue. I can use Manager and Web Assistant, including editing and creating, just cant get into Producer. I have raised a ticket but just thought I would check in here as well.

Hi David,

could it be that you talk about an OnPrem SEN setup?

Maybe a Backup of the database is running in the background and blocks temporarily the access.
