Cant get into edit mode in Web Assistant

Hi,

I am not able to get into edit mode in Web Assistant on S/4 as the URL is different from the standard at the homepage:

So normally would look like this

https://myxxxxxxx.s4hana.ondemand.com/ui?help-editor=true#Shell-home,

However when I go tot the required App, the edit mode goes off and on the page in question the URL looks like this:

https:/xxxxxx-production-ui5-approuter.abcdef.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/index.html

So I cant see the edit mode and not able to add back in ?help-editor=true, or if I can where would I add to the URL?

NOTE: there is a bespoke piece between the home page and this app but Web Assistant is available on the page I want to edit.

Also not able to see the content in Manager/Producer as none of the context help has been edited yet.

Hi David,

One other thing that might be worth trying before reaching out with a ticket is to add the editor parameter to the end of the new URL. So just change the new URL to the following and run it and see if the editor comes on:

https:/xxxxxx-production-ui5-approuter.abcdef.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/index.html?help-editor=true

you can try to get it working by using the Link Generator:

Please also make sure that you have authoring permissions for the linked Workarea.

Please contact our Web Assistant support by using the component MOB-UIA-TUT if you can't get it working to check with them on more detail.

sorry to ask a stupid question here but where do I need to link the workarea in the Web Assistant and where to find the workarea URL/ID?

When I want to get into Edit Mode Web Assistant I do get the Error:
