Hi My colleague can't access Enable Now Manager after getting a new machine. We have tried using SSO and also the /formlogin (manual entry) each time it just comes back with a 'can't open page'. We have deleted cache, temp files, tried different browsers. Any other ideas. Thanks!

Hi David,

You colleague will not be able to log in manually - using /formlogin - unless they have a separate manual user account.  You can create one of these in the Administration > Users screen in Manager.

I suspect that there is an issue with SSO, e.g. the browser settings on the new PC are not correct.  There can be many reasons that SSO has issues so it will be easiest to get your company IT team to monitor what is happening when your colleague tries to log into Enable Now, using SSO, and see what is blocking their access.

Regards
Shane

Hi Shane, we have done a trace and it appears that when in the office and connected to a LAN cable Enable Now is blocked. But if using office wifi it works. Would you know why it may be blocked using a LAN connection, is this likely a firewall issue? Thanks

Hi Shane, just to add: Our Architecture team have advised the following: As per architecture design Enable Now connections won’t work from TMD/Domain Joined machines. People either have to use AVD or MMD laptop. Can you please advise on this as the issue only came up last week with users who had no access issues for a year?
