Cannot select Event when creating Event reason

I cannot select any event and employee status when creating a new event reason. How to solve this ? I am attaching a screenshot hereby...

Looks like your event picklist is empty. Could you go to picklist center --> event (I think it was employee-status for the other 1, but if you search status in picklist center you should get some hits) and check if that is the case (if so you need to add them). If that is not the issue, its likely mapping that is lacking in the object and you'd need to get out the corporate data model to update it.

I do not have a Picklist named "Event" in Picklist Center. What shall I do? Can I download it from somewhere and import it ?

I remember that you may have posted something about where to find the picklists (hence I think many more may be lacking) and you mentioned you couldn't reach it.
Even for something like event (as shown below, not all values of course as that doesn't fit), the list is quite extensive as visible below (which could theoretically be added manually, but as there are like 14000 picklist values, I strongly recommend you to contact a partner or someone that can access the necessary resources to configure this).
