Cannot see the SAP companion icon in SuccessFactors Learning LMS.

Hi, 

I was trying to integrate SAP companion with SuccessFactors Learning LMS; however, I am not able to see the SAP companion icon (question mark icon) in SuccessFactors Learning.

I have configured the SAP Companion in the Admin center and it works on SuccessFactors Home screen but the Learning opens in a separate tab and the Help icon is missing from the screen. 

Is there a fix for this or is it not possible to connect SAP companion with SF learning?

Hi Ankur,

I think that SAP Companion will appear in the end user screens of SF Learning but not the Administration screens.  I know that historically, SAP Companion was not integrated into the administration screens of SF Learning but I have seen it running in the end user screens.

I activated SAP Companion and hereafter are the results of my findings:

- There is no integration between SAP Companion WA and LMS Administrators

- It works on the front-end, the question mark appears next to the Homepage search bar

- There is a know limitation for SuccessFactors: For SAP SuccessFactors, tutorials for the learning section are available as standard SAP content. Context help and guided tours are not available. Very curious to follow-up on that topic, would be a great added-value for both administrators and end users.
