Cannot find future new hire employees in search even after "include inactive user" in search (ONB)

Hi,

When new hire is hired via MPH through onboarding with future date, we are unable to find him in search even after "include inactive user" in people profile search.

Please do let me know if anyone is facing the same issue.

Hello all , 

SAP has confirmed this is the bug from 1H 2024 new release, and bug should be fix in 2H 2024 release,  even few customer facing the same issue.

For workaround please navigate inactive profile via onboarding dashboard > user profile > actions > new hire data.

Note : solution and workaround is for the candidate who all are hired and affected in onboarding to EC process.

We had the same exact issue and noticed that after the HRIS sync job the employee is showing in the search with the inactive user option.

I Tried HRIS sync job, even I ran a job manually but still user not appeared in search.
