Cannot change Settings (Tools-Settings)

Hello all,

I am a Master Author using Cloud Test and Demo Sap Enable Now version. When going to Tools-Setting, I select advanced layout. If I go to Playback settings-Demo Mode I cannot change anything(for instance Orientation Top Active Content Audio and Text) are options that I cannot change. I am also not able to change window handler, visual properties... The same is for practice mode and for test mode. Why is that?

Did you Start Editing on the Playback Settings Adaptable Resource? If you can't do that, you don't have permissions.

Hi Marko,

please try the following:

1) Click on "View" / Workarea Details --> check "Show Resources"

2) Now you should see the "Resources" on the top of your Content Tree.

3) Expand the Resources

4) Select "Adaptable Resources"

5) Right Click and choose Server Bulk Actions --> Start Editing All Objects

6) Now you should be able to define your settings which were grayed out befor

7) If you are finish save the Adaptable Resources back to the Server

I do not have server Bulk actions selection Under Adaptable Resources in Manager.

Please do this steps in your Producer not in the Manager, see screen below.
