We have been using DocuSign to capture signatures on our Offer Letters for several months with no issues. Now, candidates are receive an error indicating "Failed to load eSignature console. Please retry after some time". This has been occurring for about 2 weeks and impacting multiple candidates. We have continued to retry and receive the same error message.
I have reviewed KBA 3150519 but does not appear to be applicable: This can happen when candidate information like name or email address is changed along the application process. You can check candidate profile and application history for any changes.
No changes were made to the candidate information regarding their name or email address and it was working as expected up to a few weeks ago.
Request clarification before answering.
We are also facing this problem so would be interested in a solution.

Hi All - The details are fuzzy but we were able to resolve our DocuSign issue.
We worked with our DocuSign Administrator and went through the configuration document to enable again and this resolved the issue.
