Candidate shortlist - assessment by line manager

The recruiter assigns a questionnaire to the line manager and requests for assessment. (I have changed the processed by to the line manager). In the requisition monitor, the candidate is not getting displayed (even in the shortlist column).

When I change the status of the questionnaire to Completed (as a recruiter), the candidate is getting displayed in the shortlisted .. but the manager is not able to complete the assessment.

Can you help here, please

There is a badi to change the candidates shown in the MSS pages. The default selection is indeed strange.

I normally change the badi so that all candidates are shown for the hiring manager.

I am aware of this BAdi. I would like the default to be maintained.. but, the manager is not able to use the questionnaire and provide the assessment. The questionnaire is displayed as non-editable (display only)

Is the line manager assigned as hiring manager? Does he have enough authorizations? Try with a SAP_ALL maybe

Yes the manager is assigned as the HM. What I am noticing is, the behaviour is not consistent. I tested just now and I am able to the process -- recruiter send the shortlist to the HM, HM completing the quetionnaire and sending it back to the recruiter, etc.

When I did another test, it is not working
