Hi Srinivas
I'd suggest doing a search on our external wiki and KBA's first of all as really this topic is covered on quite a few occasions, so identify whether the internal candidate is found with the report COM_SE_SEARCH_IIF if using SES (otherwise test report for KPRO) and then narrow down which search scenarios are not working, whether any error in E-Rec itself (e.g. errors in SLG1, errors with search settings etc) and whether indexing is working correctly.
The wiki links below all have information that will help you

Hello Team
Even I am facing the same issue.
We are not creating any job posting neither internal nor external, but we just want to search the candidate through application , but it is showing as no Data available.

Dear Srinivas,
actually this could be correct. Please test search via support team member search or quick search. These have to work.
Candidate search shows just candidates who released their profiles. If there are no released profiles you cannot find anything there. Internal candidate profiles are locked by default. Thus, just searchable in quick search or in search when adding support team members to a requisition.
