Hello,
I am facing one issue in cadidate search. We have on EHP4 and seperate EREC system. I am not able to find two candidates in cadidate search. both employee were templorary employee earlier then they turned permanent. both temp perners also had user ids in IT 105 but these are delimited. When I am trying to search employee with last name or first name in candidate search, I am able to find their temporary perners not the permanent ones. I am able to find these permanent perners in other searches like enter internal application or maintain internal users etc but not in candidate search options.
I also understand that it might be the scenario of candidate not released the profile but I am afraid this is not the case as if the profiles are not released then candidate should appear but without CV (that is what happening in previous issue if profiles are locked).
Can you please give an idea to see what can be wrong with the candidate records ( as BP NA US P al relatioships exits for CP). Or hwo to debug this to get these cansidates appear in candidate search application.
Many Thanks
Abhi

Hi Abhi,
Following is not true in standard:
"I also understand that it might be the scenario of candidate not released the profile but I am afraid this is not the case as if the profiles are not released then candidate should appear but without CV (that is what happening in previous issue if profiles are locked)."
If a profile is locked, you won't get in the TRM candidate search unless you modified it.
You can use report COM_SE_SEARCH_IIF_TEST to check with which data this candidate objects are indexed on TREX.

Nicole
