Candidate search is not working (TREX)

HI all,

We are working on Standalone architecture where we are maintaining E-Rec System in one instance and HR System an another instance.

I have completed Trex configuration and i have done the full indexing for all search objects.

But Only for the following objects, indexing is done successfully.

AES_DOC     00000100

ERC_CAND     NA Candidate

ERC_CAND     NA Relation of Candidate

ERC_CDCY     NE Candidacy

ERC_CDCY     NE Relation of Candidacy

ERC_REQ       NB

For the above listed objects 3-Completed status has been achieved but not for the below objects.

AES_DOC     00000001

EXT_POST     NC

INT_POER     MC

After this I have checked the report RCF_CHECK_SEARCH_SETTINGS for status of SES settings and log has not shown any errors.

But finally candidate search is not working. I could not able to understand where went wrong.

Please help me on this and your inputs are highly appreciated on this.

Thank you.

Hi Sekhar,

what's the status of the BOs INT_POER,EXT_POST and AES_DOC? Any errors in the Job logs or TREX traces related to these indexes ?

Best regards,
Mikhail

Hi Makhail,

Now the status has been changed for INT_POER and EXT_POST as 3 completed.

But for AES_DOC   00000001, the status is 0-Initial still.

I have scheduled the job for Periodic Services.
Is that the reason for the above two objects got indexed fully? But still why not for AES_DOC?

Couldn't understand what exactly happening. Can you please clarify me on this.

Thank you.

Hi Sekhar,

the status completed means tha tthe indexing is finished. Do the indexes have some indexed documents now? The initial status means that the index was created, but the indexing didn't take a place yet. Do you have some items supposed to be indexed with AES-DOC?

Is it possible for you maybe to create a OSS message so that we could look into your system?

Regards,
Mikhail
