Candidate redirected to home page after clicking on apply now button on RMK career site

Hello All,

We are facing an issue where candidate is not able to apply on both internal and external career site via RMK, whenever candidate clicks on "apply now" button he or she is re-directed to careers home page.

Has anyone faced this issue before. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hello Ratul,

First question to ask : Is this happening for all users or only the one? If this is for all users, there must be an issue with the configuration somewhere. A link incorrectly setup in Provisioning like in Recruiting Marketing Datacenters URLs, the Recruiting Marketing Settings or links/datacenters set in CSB. I would recheck all of this first to unsure the config is correct. I also suggest you to use the implementation guide to check those configs.
