Yes we have a option to enable the functionality "Internal to External Candidate Profile conversion" A conversion job analyzes the predefined conditions to convert the internal Employee Candidate Profile to External Candidate Profile. When an employee leaves the organization, the employee’s user account is inactivated. The corresponding internal candidate profile is converted to external candidate profile. A deconversion process does the conversion from internal to external candidate profile. Please check the below link to understand the functionality and steps to enable it
If someone applied while still employed but has since left the compnay, will the application type in RCM akso change - specifically, will it switch from "internal" to external? I'm referring to the application type that appears next to the candidate's name in RCM.
