Hello,
This is a question coming from my colleagues from recruitment, hoping anyone might have an idea.
"Why can we not delete a candidate profile who has been created via the “Add Candidate” functionality. By mistake the wrong permission setting was chosen that “only recruiters managing jobs candidate apply to” can find the candidate. The candidate profile needs to be deleted, but the candidate profile is not visible in the “Delete Candidate” screen. Does anyone know if the settings for deleting a candidate profile have changed?"

Many thanks for your reply. None of us from the admin team is able to find the candidate via Delete Candidate, Candidate Search, Search Duplicate Candidates, Change Audit report or anywhere else.
The only way we know the candidate is there is because when trying to create again, the email address already exists and blocks entering it again.
A second profile was created with an incorrect email address, and only this profile shows up.
