Candidate Pages doesnt show up

Hi Friends,

We are facing error "unfortunately, system is not available at the momem please try again later". When i see SLG1 i see the below error message:

The error occurred in program CL_HRRCF_M_SEARCH=============CM004 line

We are using NWBC 4.0

Please suggest.

I do not know if this is internal or external candidate. You can get this error due to any of the following:

TREX being down (most probable cause) or set-up / configuration not completed

For internal candidate NA objects not being created

Roles / authorizations

If E-Rec is in a stand-alone environment and /or WD in a distributed environment, the switches not maintianed properly / RFC connections not set-up correctly.

From my experience, it is usually an incomplete configuration process. For a start, test the service from SICF or SE80 and go from there.

Also check that you have the correct roles and reference users assigned as per the documentation and relevant IMG activities.

Hi Venki,

I am testing these services from SICF itself. Not yet generated any URL's.

Also, maintained EhP6 roles and reference users as per the notes and documentation.

If you test it from SICF, does your backend user has a candidate object assigned?
