Candidate id is not passing from RCM to ONB to EC

Dear Team,

We are facing an issue with third-party integration, where the Candidate ID is not passing from RCM to ONB to EC as expected.

Configuration Details:

• In RCM, the Candidate ID field is present under the Candidate Profile Template.

• In Onboarding, we have configured the Candidate ID field as Custom String 12 and Custom Long.

• We are using Recruit-to-Hire Data Mapping to transfer this data from RCM to ONB to EC.

Issue:

Despite the configuration, the Candidate ID is not flowing through the system as required.

Requesting your support to investigate and resolve this at the earliest.

The Recruit-to-Hire data does not support mapping from the candidate profile. It only supports fields from the Requisition, Application, and Offer. You also need to ensure that the candidate ID is configured in the application template and that it flows properly to the candidate application through a rule. If it flows to the application, it should transition to Onboarding without any issues.
