Hi Experts,
We have come across a situation in which candidate exists in E Recruiting without E Mail address, which is mandatory in our system & also if I try to check then Perner for same is also not existing.
Now if I want to check whether candidate is created by recruiter or candidate himself or it has come through PA as part of integration then how can I check this.

Puneet.

Hi Puneet
Step1:Take the CP and check the relationships in HRP1001 in (related object ID ) feild which is at the lower part of the table(give the object ID only and not fill the object type)
ex: 50000023 (do not insert object type CP).You will find the PERNR P which will resolve the issue.
Some times a redundant object type is also found which can be deleted with the report RHRHDL00, after which redistribution will solve the issue.
Step2:Check the employee email id in HCM system in IT105, subtype0010.
If the email ID is existing in HR system, redistribute .This will solve in placing the email id for the candidate BP.
Step3:If this Email id(official email id) is not existing in HR system , connect with HR support to update the IT105 and subtype to update the same and run the step2 again.
For the second part, if the candidate becomes an employee it is obvious that the object type P is in the part of integartion.
To find out how the candidate was registered(recruiter or candidate or othersources) run the standard candidate/applicatopn source report which will fetch the information from IT5132.
Hope this helps
Rgds
