Candidate application form source editing

I'm working on an integration between my product and Success Factors using SF API.

When a candidate applies for a job, there is a form that the candidate needs to fill in order to apply (after signing up).

In this form, there is the "source" field (I have seen one company that renamed it to "how did you hear about us") where you can choose from a dropdown list of sources such as Glassdoor or LinkedIn.

Is there a way to change the default selection of this source field to something predefined? for example LinkedIn?
I tried using URL parameters such as jobPipeline=LinkedIn or applySourceOverride=LinkedIn but none of them worked.

Any ideas?
