Candidacy and Application Objects

Hi,

The data for a candidacy and Application is stored in the following infotypes:

• Candidacy Information (Infotype 5133)
• Attachments (Infotype 5134) (Both for Candidacy and Application)
• Application Information (Infotype 5132)

The following infotypes are also linked with the candidacy and Application:

• Manual Activities (Infotype 5135) (Both for Candidacy and Application)
• Correspondence (Infotype 5136) (Both for Candidacy and Application)
• Qualifying Event (Infotype 5137) (Both for Candidacy and Application)
• Invitation (Infotype 5138) (Both for Candidacy and Application)
• Status Change (Infotype 5139) (Both for Candidacy and Application)
• Data Transfer for New Employees (Infotype 5140) (Both for Candidacy and Application)
• Questionnaire (Infotype 5141) (Both for Candidacy and Application)
• Ranking (Infotype 5142) (Only for Candidacy)
• Person Responsible (Infotype 5131) (Only for Application)

If the Activities like Manual Activities, Correspondence, Qualifying Event etc.. are updating in the above mentioned Infotypes for both Candidacy and Application objects.

Will the data updating in the Infotypes(like HRP5135, HRP5136 etc..) is same for both Candidacy and Application?

and

If a candidate applied for one Job/Requisition, then how many "ND" and "NE" objects will be created for "NA"?

Hello Harish,

If a candidate applies, automatically one application (ND) object and one candidacy object (NE) will be generated. The activities (HRP5136, HRP5141 and so on) are usually created at the candidacy object.

Hi Nicole,

Thanks for the quick reply.

I have checked the table "HRP5136" and found that data related to both  object "ND" and "NE" are available.

If the activities are creating only for "NE" object means, then why activities are created for "ND" object also in the table "HRP5136"?.

Hello Harish,

Depends on which object types you have assigned the activities in V77RCF_ACT2OTYPE.
