Can we create a business rule to cancel right to return if an employee was in Leave of Absence (LOA) ?
we are having a number of employee on Leave that are terminated, where the right to return is causing us issue
because HR didn't create a End of Leave of Absence before the termination.
we would like to avoid having to manually fix those cases by :
- cancelling termination
- adding Time Off> End of Leave
- re-create termination
since it's time consuming and also cause the termination to be sent twice (which will cause additional errors to be received by Third party systems)
Request clarification before answering.
