No, I don't believe so. If there was a setting it would be in Documentation Settings > doctype > Markers. You can kind of trick it at the individual macro level (if you always crop 'right and bottom only' you can default the marker position to northwest and 0,0,0,0 and it will effectively not be visible) - or if you set this as the default in the Macro Initialization this would work, too - but there's not an actual setting for it.
