I am trying to hide a step in the demo I recorded from the demo and only have it populate in the documentation. Is this possible?

Yes. There are checkboxes for each mode under Simulation. But you might want to see if there is a Documentation macro that meets your needs...

Hi Vee,
The other option to hide a step is to use the Jump Target field on the action macro before the step that you want to hide to jump to the step after the step that you want to hide. To do this:
1. Click on the action macro on the step before the step to be hidden
2. Open the Advanced section or properties
3. Select the step after the step to be hidden, e.g. if you want to hide step 4, select step 5 for the action in step 3
The steps will all appear in the documentation but when the action in step 3 occurs, it will jump straight to 5 and so 4 will be hidden.
Regards
Shane

Note that the Jump Target property needs to be selected for the (target) Step for it to appear in step (3) above.
