Hi Team:
We are in middle of the Bonus cycle and we changed the currency conversion table instead of updating the existing table and now the Budget section is showing wrong values.
Is there a way to update the live Bonus forms in this scenario?
Appreciate any inputs on this.
Thank you.

Changing values inside the existing currency conversion table mapped to the VarPay template is supported.
Editing the VarPay template after worksheets are created to point to a different currency conversion table isn't supported.
When you launch worksheets using a template you launch a fix set a code. Changing the template's code (for example here changing the technical mapping to a new currency conversion table) after worksheets have been launched doesn't change the worksheets' code as a consequence. In workshops with new customers I like to use the cake mold comparison: if you bake cakes and after they are ready you change the size of the mold with a hammer it doesn't change the cake's size.
Hope this helps.

I have come across this question and I am confused. The Compensation implementation WB does state that:
'Updates to currency conversion tables after worksheets are launched are dynamic. Any changes in the table will impact both in-process and completed worksheets, that's why it is highly recommended to create a new currency conversion table for each planning year.'
If this is not correct, all SF publications need to be updated. Specifically dangerous for students who follow the training material for passing the qualifications.

Hi
Variable pay uses the currency conversion table to coordinate currency changes in the employee history, so I can imagine that you will need to run the calculate bonus process as well as the update worksheet process. Give this a try.

Hi phil.macgovern :
I did Calculate Bonus, Update all Worksheets and no change.
SF support mentioned that we cannot change currency exchange rate after we launch the forms as the system uses the exchange rate table which was mentioned at the time of launch.
Need to raise an enhancement request.
Thank you.
