Can we skip interview scheduling process and fill the interview assessment form for candidates

We have a scenario where there are walk-in candidates.

So in this case after the walk-in interview is completed the selected candidates are added to the SuccessFactors system through private external posting.

Is it possible to skip interview scheduling process and fill the interview assessment form for such candidates to avoid another interview notification being sent to candidate as it causes confusion.

There is a potential workaround available to prevent sending an interview scheduling email to the candidate.

Recruiters can schedule the interview through the Interview Scheduling option by adding a custom slot and clicking "Next."

On this page, there is an option labeled "Book this slot for candidate."

By selecting this option and bypassing the email notification, the recruiter can block the interview slot on behalf of the candidate without sending the interview schedule email.

This approach ensures that the interview slot is reserved and visible in the Interview Central for feedback purposes, while also preventing the automatic email notification to the candidate.
