Hello Team,
We have a requirement wherein we want to formalize the file names that gets saved in the Manage Documents section in SuccessFactors.
Would be an easy method to locate the documents saved like Offer letter and custom documents from Onboarding like Benefits Summary.
Ex: LAST, FIRST_BU_OFFICE_OFFER LETTER (Porado, Mariel_JB_Main Office_Offer Letter)
LAST, FIRST_BU_OFFICE_BENEFITS SUMMARY (Porado, Mariel_JB_Main Office_Benefits Summary)
Need to know if this can be done or is there a workaround how can we simplify the document search in Manage Documents.
