We are using a metric lookup table in the 360-degree goal plan, where multiple raters will input the "actual" value against each goal's "target." Since the 360 process runs concurrently, there’s a possibility that we send the form to four participants. If the first participant opens the form, enters the actual value, and the goal rating is generated, that data will be saved. Then, when the second participant opens the form later, they may see the actual value and goal rating already entered by the first participant.
We are using only one "actual" field, which is a standard field in the goal plan, as we cannot create multiple custom fields due to uncertainty about how many raters will be involved. Additionally, since we are using an open lookup table, employees have the ability to modify it during the goal-setting step, preventing us from using custom "actual" fields. Wherever the rater inputs the actual value and the rating is generated, it is saved and displayed in place of the dropdown or star rating.
Is there any way to restrict one user from seeing another user's rating in this scenario?
