Can we consider making the Self Description feature in Spotlight manageable through RBP? SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Employee Profile SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Such an open text box for employees creates room for anything to be entered that can be in violation and controversial.
Making the feature manageable through permissions will help companies deter any situations of controversy.
