Can we make a Replacement field in Job Requisition as a User or as a Picklist

Customer wants to have the Replacement For field as tailhead so that they can select the users , is there any work around for that. And no operators are left vacant as of

The only option I see is to create this as an object field, where in the MDF object, the external code is defined as a User field.

To maintain data for this object, there are two approaches:

1. Perform a one-time upload of user data.

2. Configure edit permissions for the object field on the requisition, so that users can add entries on the fly using the plus icon. Once a user is added, they can then be selected on the requisition.

Additionally, since the external code in EC is of type User, the system will restrict selection to only active users.
