Hi All,
We are implementing SAP E-Recruiting for one of our client in the second phase. In First phase, We have maintained the HR system which is having the OM and PA modules and this (HR system) is in EHP5. But now our client wanted E-Rec system to be in EHP6. Is it really suggestible in Standalone architecture? If so please let me know your valuable inputs. If no kindly let me know the consequences too.
And also look into the following Question:
Can you please let me know what are the Business Functions which need to be activated in E-Recruiting EHP6 and HR System EHP5 as well in regards with Standalone architecture?

it should be possible, maybe not the ideal setup but I think it's workable.
regarding the business functions => that depends on what you want to use.
Go to transaction SFW5 and select enterprise business functions.
Than look at all the HCM_ERC_xxxx functions => read the help link to find out what they contain.
