In SAP strategy to cover all steps from hire to retire
There is a pool of people that is often left unnoticed :
It ´s the candidat pool that have not been selected after applying for one or multiple jobs in the company.
When looking at these population, we see some people that are serial applicants .
It would be valuable to make their next application successful that we push to them training or curriculum they can follow to increase they soft/hard skills.
these trainings can be stored on a public catalog on LMS.
The question at stake is how these people gain access to these content ?
What modules are required to achieve that ?
Does a learning license is counted when the external user is created or when the user first login and start a training ?
