Can we enforce "Move currently assigned Position below new Manager’s Position" to 'Yes' by default?

There is a requirement to make the field "Move currently assigned Position below new Manager’s Position" set to 'Yes'.

Currently it defaults to No. SAP notes confirms that the default cannot be changed to Yes.

Wondering if any of you come up with any ideas to change this field's default value?
