We are struggling with the notifications in SF Learning, as our previous LMS allowed us to customize both content and trigger settings for notifications.
We would like to notify our users only when their required training is coming due, at a reasonable interval (every few days). However, when it expires/becomes overdue, we would like to copy their supervisor AND send a notification daily until the training is complete.
So far, I can only find a separate template with which I can change the text. But is there a way to have separate settings?
As a side note, I also notice that there is no Overdue template or settings for individual items, although there is one for "expiration" or the "coming due."
