Can we add Help Text ( Question mark ) after field in Goal Plan - SF PMGM

Hello All-

I have a requirement where we need to add Question mark button ( help text) after every field in a Goal Plan in PMGM , Is this possible? If yes what i need to do.,

For example in Milestones field in Goal Plan we can see q Question Mark button ( which has some text in it), I need similarly for all fields in Goal Plan

Can the text be edited to include our own words?

Some of our clients are looking for this feature too and I don't see any setting the Goal Plan Template. Hope they will add this help text(question mark).
