Can we add global assignment to an contingent worker ?

I have hired an contingent worker based on the work order from field glass data. Hiring was completed using "Add contingent worker" tool.

Now i would like add Global assignment or concurrent assignment to an contingent worker ? I don't see such options for contingent workers from "Actions" menu on the People Profile.

Is it really possible to add global assignment to an contingent worker ? Please confirm.

It is not supported to create a Global Assignment for a Contingent Worker.
