Can we add a new value to readiness field without impacting existing nominations

Hi,

There are 4 values till now in the readiness scale, can we add a new value at the end of readiness scale without any impact.

If we add a new field in between the values, then there would be an impact as the existing nominations need to be re-imported.

What if the new value is added at the end of the existing readiness value.
