Can we add a custom field to capture candidate's data in Position Card in Succession Planning?

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to add a custom text field to Position Card to capture the basic detail of external candidate for future reference against the position card

Can we add a custom field in Position Card in Succession Planning to capture some custom text related to an external candidate without creating the actual candidate profile? Please find attached screenshot custom-field-in-position-card-succession-mdf-posit.png with details.

It would be helpful, if someone can provide any useful information in this regard.
