Can user Raise a Recruitment Requisition Request on behalf of another user?

HI Team,

We have few queries regarding the functionality related to SAP E- recruitment.

Is there any functionality in the system that allows a user to raise a Recruitment Requisition Request on behalf of another user?

Is there any functionality in the system that allows requisition approver's to approve a number of requests at the same time, rather than individually?

Kindly share details regarding this as soon as possible.
