Problem Statement : We have a single goal plan that utilizes a metric lookup table. This table contains various ranges and guidelines specific to each goal, allowing employees the flexibility to set these parameters when defining their goals, as illustrated in the screenshot below.
We have a single standard "actual" field where employees, managers, and other raters input their respective actual values, overwriting each other's entries. Based on these inputs, the goal rating is generated.
Since we are using Rating Option 2, the employee and other raters provide an unofficial user rating, while the manager provides an item rating in the performance form. Each rating is captured separately. As a result, the MLT goal rating and the form’s star rating do not sync automatically. The user must manually enter the unofficial user star rating in the form and reference the goal rating for comparison.
Is there a way to automatically sync the goal rating with the form’s star rating, which reflects the unofficial user rating?
