We have 3 categories of competencies technical, behavioral & leadership. Technical are evaluated in one PM Form, Behavioral in another and Leadership in 360 Review. So can we have 3 different source in this case?
Currently I can see only one source, basically if we split the competencies in 3 different forms then can we bring the readiness of the competencies as per the evaluation of the sources, like technical upon the evaluation of Technical PM form & behavioral upon the evaluation of behavioral forms. Until the evaluation of the respective forms are not done the competency ratings should not start.
Request clarification before answering.

By default, ratings from any performance review or 360 review forms can be used to determine the current competency rating. However, you can also specify a specific form or a number of forms as the only source of existing ratings.
