Can the rating used in Calibration be changed once the Performance Review is the Calibration step

Change Calibration Data Rating

Is there a way to replace the data point in Calibration's calculated objective rating or form rating to read the Performance section's rating instead of the overall goal rating?

Our PM for has been launched and is ready for Calibration. The PM form over all score is configured to be 50% Goals, 50% Competencies. We ant the Competencies Rating only to be used in calibration.

Hello Ruby,

If I understood your query correctly, you would like to calibrate only competency ratings and not Goal ratings. Currently, in your summary section, you have configured overall form rating to be 50% of competency and 50% of goal ratings. However, from your snippet it seems only goal ratings on 100% weight.

Anyway, to calibrate competency ratings you must have a 'objective competency summary' section added in your PM form and 'Calculate overall competency rating' option must be checked. If this is already configured in PM form you will have an option 'Overall Competency Rating' to check in the calibration templates 'Data' tab.

Note : Any changes done in calibration templates can be synced to live sessions however you can't sync changes done in PM form (manage templates) to live forms.

Also, you can refer implementation guide to check priorities in which ratings will be considered in calibration for 'Overall form ratings'.
