Customer is looking for some flexibility on the LMS to HCM interface for attribute ratings earned via learning. They might like to only see the history of the learning via transcript as one option. As another option, they might like for the learning to update the growth portfolio but not if the learner was taking a training tied to a skill they already have that would lower the existing value in the growth portfolio (they don't want to discourage taking a training class just because it is associated with a lower proficiency value).
