Can the internal job posting be restricted to some subset of the workfoce?

Some clients don't want to show to the entire employee population some specific job requisition but only to the employees that have specific jobs, or grad, or department, or location.
While posting in the internal career site, is there any why to give visibility to the Job Requisition to employees based on some rules or attributes\criteria?

Private posting is not a solution for 2 reasons:

1) if target employees forward the link to not target employees they can anyway see the job requisition

2) those internal job market campaigns often target thousands of employees, so recruiters should manage manually massive emails to share the private posting urls.

This is a known product behaviour and there is an influence request for it on the influence portal under the name"Internal Job Posting does not restrict any employees from accessing any kind of jobs"
