I have a customer who does not have Employee Central and only relies on Employee Profile, is it possible to implement Talent Intelligence Hub? If so, will TIH capabilities be cut back or diminished?
TIH does not require Employee Central, and there is no core functionality that will be diminished per se without it. EC Operation data of course would not be able to be utilized to support intelligent skills recommendations.
